1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Riddr app, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge and agree that our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

2.1. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Riddr. If you are under 13, you may not use Riddr.

2.2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must keep your account information and password confidential.

2.3. You agree not to use Riddr for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.

 

3. Advertisements

3.1. Riddr may display third-party advertisements, which are necessary for us to provide you with a free service. By using Riddr, you acknowledge and accept the presence of these advertisements.

3.2. You understand that the content, quality, and nature of advertisements are the sole responsibility of the third-party advertisers. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements.

3.3. We may collect and use data regarding your interaction with advertisements to improve their relevance and targeting.

4.1. You retain ownership of any content you post or share with Riddr. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with Riddr.

4.2. You are solely responsible for any content you post on Riddr. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content posted by users.

4.3. You agree not to post content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates the rights of others.

5.1. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2. By using Riddr, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Riddr at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and without notice.

 

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of Riddr after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties Riddr is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that Riddr will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.

 

9. Limitation of Liability We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Riddr.

 

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Philippine Government, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
